Shipping policy

  • Although most items will be packaged & shipped the next business day, TTR has up to 10 business days to process and package items unless otherwise stated.
  • We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off to ship. If there is a delay in shipping once we have dropped off the package, it is the buyers responsibility to contact the post office for further assistance.
  • We are not responsible for packages if the customer puts the wrong address.
